Update payment details or cancel

Change your card, download invoices or cancel any time.

There are no contracts or cancellation fees.

Update your card or view invoices

  1. Open your subscription page.
  2. Select the button to open the secure billing portal.
  3. Update your payment method there. Your invoices are listed on your subscription page.

Cancel

  1. Open your subscription page.
  2. Choose the cancel option and confirm.
  3. The page then shows Cancelling and the date your plan ends. You keep your plan until then.

After your plan ends you return to the Free plan. Your alerts for postcodes, towns and councils carry on free. Keyword alerts and tracked applications beyond the Free limits are paused, and show Upgrade to reactivate until you upgrade again.
