Non-material amendment to previously approved SDNP/13/00324/HOUS (Single storey rear extension, 3 glazed roof lights, the addition of 1st floor living accommodation formed within a new 2-storey extension formed on either side of the kitchen extension with 1st floor addition formed within a new enlarged roof space, the addition of roof lights on the side elevation, 2 dormer windows to the rear elevation and new timber double garage in front garden) to include an increase in the size of the detached garage width, a decrease in the depth of the garage and the addition of an open wood store to the side
