The construction of a New Community and Education building at Horniman Gardens, London Road SE23 with a new link to the Dutch Barn on the Bandstand Terrace, comprising an education room, toilets, store and a kitchen, the refurbishment of the Dutch Barn following demolition of the north enclosure to create a new green room/lunch room and an extended covered lunch area for the education building, the restoration of the Bandstand, including removal of existing solid metal screens and replacement with new timber and glazed acoustic screens, to replicate the original design intent.
