Details submitted pursuant to reference 23/01098/FUL: privacy screens (6), construction management plan (7), refuse and recycling storage (10), and SuDS (11), in respect of conversion of the existing 2 x residential units, over first, second and third floor levels, to provide 5 x residential units, infill first and second floor rear extensions with balconies, replacement rear dormers and new rooflights, new access on Green Lanes and Devonshire Mews with refuse and recycling stores with communal amenity space.
