Certificate of Lawfulness application for the existing use that a commencement of development has taken place in relation to application 18/02433/REM for the erection of two dwellings.

Reserved matters application in respect of scale, layout, appearance and scale in relation to approval of outline application reference S/OUT/20/0549 for the erection of 8 no self build dwellings. All matters reserved except for access.

Proposed use of blocks A-D at Stockbridge Student Village as accommodation for seasonal workers outside of term time when students do not occupy the blocks.

Erection of a first and second floor extension

Proposed single storey rear extension and double storey side extension, following demolition of existing conservatory.

Replacement of conservatory with single storey extension.
