Variation of condition no. 2 of planning permission reference 26/00373/LBC dated 30 March 2026 to allow revised plans to include a bar area to the Pool Pavilion building and a hot tub next to the swimming pool. Original description of the development: Replace existing French doors/screens on house. Replace existing gutters and downpipes on house. Raise ridge height on pool pavilion. Add photovoltaic solar panels to pool pavilion.
