Front elevation facing south east and south west: Two storey porch to replace existing porch and dormer over. Squaring off existing bay window. Changing window above bay into a set of doors. Side elevation facing north west: Single storey side extension with deck (on supporting pillars at the rear). Rear elevation facing north east: Remove both staircases and replace them with a glazed stair tower to link lower ground, ground and first floor, to improve the flow between all floors.

Variation of condition 2 (Plans) of 23/00329/FUL dated 27/03/2023 to allow changes in respect of Approved two-storey side extension replaced by a single-storey garage and store, minor alterations to fenestration on rear extension and revised position of steps to garden level . Original description of development: A two-storey rear and side extension.

Replace a conservatory with an orangery-style extension, plus some internal remodelling.

Variation of condition nos. 2 & 3 of planning permission reference 25/02385/FUL (date of decision 21/01/2026) to allow for revised plans: Taylor / 2026 / 01 Minor Material Amendment Drawings and Taylor / 2026 /02 Minor Material Amendment Drawings. Change to include the incorporation of dressed stone dwarf walls beneath the oak frame. Original description of development: Create a porch by the front door and replace a door with a stone wall and window.
