Listed building consent is sought for minor internal alterations on the First floor to form an en suite to a bedroom and separate bathroom in the property.

Discharge of condition 18 (pre-occupation SAP and BRE) and condition 4 (a) (water efficiency) of 21/02063/FUL.

Removal of glazed entrance to north (front) elevation to be replaced with new brickwork to ground floor and tile hanging at first floor plus installation of 2no. new windows (all to match existing). Removal of glazed entrance door and screen to rear (south) elevation and replacement with 2no. Painted timber entrance doors and section of glazed roof removed and replaced with tiled roof porch to match existing. Metal roof covering to be replaced with slate. Plain tiled porches and 2no. timber entrance doors to rear (south-east) elevation (retrospective).

Demolition of two storey rear outshot wing and erection of two storey rear extension with pitched roof and 2 no. rooflights in south-west facing roof slope, 2 no. replacement dormer windows in the existing rear (south facing) roof slope, 1 no. roof light in the existing front (north facing) roof slope, plus associated cycle store and fence.
