Replacement of all windows, two flat zinc roofs, four roof lights, installation of an air source heat pump to the rear garden, two PV panels to roof, external insulation to family bathroom on the first floor, with the existing brickwork replaced by brick slips to match the existing facade, along with upgrades to the boundary fencing and the roof of the existing bike storage area

Variation of Condition 8 'Window'pursuant to planning permission 24/AP/3402 'Conversion of an existing car repair building (use class B2) into a part one/part two storey 2 bedroom self-build dwelling'. The window on the west elevation of the building shall be obscure glazed and fixed shut 1.7m from the window cill and shall not be replaced or repaired otherwise than with obscure glazing.

Demolition of the existing rear extension and erection of a single-storey wraparound rear and side extension, together with associated alterations to existing openings and removal of the rear chimney. The proposals also incorporate previously approved roof works under planning permission ref. 25/AP/3282, comprising the enlargement of the existing rear dormer and installation of two rooflights.
