Erection of single-storey extension to existing detached outbuilding

Replacement of existing timber windows with double glazed aluminium windows, including alterations to existing patio doors and bay window. Erection of new gazebo and summer house/store with alterations to rear garden to improve access.

Insertion of mezzanine floor and stair to youth club room, alterations to internal walls to ground floor rear toilet/office area and first floor cadet room, extension to single storey rear lean-to store, and formation of new external access ramp and steps to main entrance.
