Over the existing side garage a first-floor extension with a hipped roof to match the existing, internal alterations to suit.

Demolition of single-storey side porch, erection of rear, single-storey extension with a pitched roof featuring four Velux roof windows (two per pitch). Bi-fold sliding doors to the side elevation and a feature full height glazed window to the rear elevation of the extension. Erection of a new masonry wall 1.7m high at the rear boundary to number 322 Birch Lane, and erection of a new masonry boundary walls 1.2m high to the front boundary increasing to 1.7m high at the rear boundary to number 318 Birch Lane. Replacement of a side North facing elevation first-floor bathroom window with glass blocks.
