LOFT CONVERSION AND NEW EXTERNAL STAIRCASE

Discharge of conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 from planning permission 18/03126/FUL (APP/L3815/W/19/3226868).

Rear two storey extension, remove front dormer, add velux rooflight and demolish rear flat roof extension.

Convert existing garage roof space to home office. New external timber staircase and 2 no. roof lights (retrospcetive).

Pitched roof extension to west and introduction of 3 no. dormers, two rooflights and solar panels. Replacement single-storey rear extension with hipped roof and rooflights. Internal alterations including partial removal of internal wall and door between kitchen and dining room, removal of lower ceiling area in kitchen, alterations to ground floor layout including new staircase with under stairs storage, new shower room, pantry, scullery and service cupboard, and new shower room to first floor level. Fenestration alterations and replacements.

Non material amendment to BO/25/02009/DOM - Add 1 no. roof window over new dressing area facing east. Replace proposed 1 no. roof window over bathroom with 1 no. sun tunnel. Add 1 no. window to new utility area and new wall to run flush with existing facing south and 1 no. window to new garden room facing North.
