Change of use from Class C1 (hotel) to Class C2 (care home) with internal alterations, minor external alterations, new second-floor glazed corridor, and lift roof adjustment.

Replacement of the existing chain link fences across the school site. The proposed works include the installation of new wire fences, reaching a maximum height of 2 meters above the existing walls, and painted black to match the existing gutters and other architectural details.
