1 Storey extension to terraced house to form additional living space.

Single storey extensions to West and East gables and replacement of existing rear return with new single storey extension and carport. Adjustment of existing vehicular access to improve visibility.

1. Infill to ground floor level to provide orangery 2. Amendments to facade fenestration to correlate with new roof form 3. Additional window to allow more daylight to existing room 4. Reduction in 1FL footprint to reduce building mass and scale and allow actual articulation of roof form and facade suggested in the approved design. Changes integrate the proposed extension more sympathetically with existing building and site. 5. Eliminate roof to BBQ area to allow more natural light into GFL Utility Room 6. Enlarge fenestration to existing building bedroom. 7. Enlarge proposed dormer to existing building to create composition with extension 8. Additional dormer to allow natural light to 1FL circulation Note: All proposed changes are within the footprint and ridge height of the approved extension. No change affects any access or habitat on site. No change to site boundary. No proposed conflict with approval planning conditions No material changes in the design proposed. Accommodation type /function and layout and internal room sizes are the same. No extension to footprint.

Erection of a replacement dwelling

Alteration to front elevation to include conversion of attached garage to living space. First floor extension to rear elevation, replacement of sunroom roof, changes to fenestration and material finishes to the front & rear of existing dwelling and raising level of rear patio.

New dwelling with new independent access within the grounds of 39 Upper Station Road. Demolition of existing ancillary garage and garden room to create new access and replacement garage for no. 39 Upper Station Road.

Erection of two storey side extension and alterations to dwelling, detached garage & access improvements : The changes include reduction of building mass and scale by reducing the upper floor foorprint to allow more articulation of roof form. The changes also include changes to the fenestration to correlate with the changes to the roof form and a small infill to the footprint at ground floor level. The ridge height and overall perimeter of the proposal has not changed

Proposed new dwelling and detached garage on a farm. Upgrade of existing agricultural lane access to new vehicular access to public road.
