Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) and 3 (proposed cladding and colour finish) attached to 25/02731/FU4 (Change of use of vacant building to mixed use comprising of retail units, meeting space with ancillary facilities and offices. External alterations to include new fire escape staircase to West elevation, alterations to balcony, PV panels to roof and plant to ground floor.) to allow for revised drawings to cover revised PV and extract locations, and external stair details to be submitted at a later date.
