Erection of single storey front extension.

Non-material amendment to approval 20/00551/HOU to permit changes to proposed single storey extension only: 1. Proposed new metal roofing changed to timber cladding. 2. Length of proposed extension roof reduced by approximately 900mm roof. 3. Proposed rooflights reduced from 3 to 1 rooflight. 4. One window omitted from back / north east elevation. 5. One window omitted from left / north west elevation. 6. Proposed stone walls changed to timber cladding

Non Material Amendment to approved application 20/03089/FUL; addition of dormer window to existing pitched roof to the rear of house 2. Dormer window to be used as glazed door to access existing flat roof. Existing flat roof to be changed to roof terrace with glazed balustrade. No change in materials. Metal glazed door / window and glazed balustrade to be the same as other houses.

Subdivision of vacant ground floor retail unit into 2no. retail units (Use Class E(a)) to Meadow Street and creation of 3no. flats accessed from Alexandra Parade with associated alterations to Alexandra Parade elevation. Reduction of height of parapet to Meadow Street

Proposed erection of a single storey rear extension and flat-roof rear dormer. Creation of a flat-roof upon existing rear extension and fenestration alteration throughout, including the replacement and alteration of window, doors and cladding. Installation of rooflights to the Front and North elevations alongside the siting of PV panels to the South elevation.
