Minor material amendment to planning permission 20/P/0704/FUH (single storey rear extension, loft conversion and barn conversion) to allow minor revisions to the approved extension including; an additional dormer window to the south east roof (facing Rickford Rise), an additional dormer window to the south west roof, revised roof from shallow lean to flat roof within a low parapet with a roof lantern replacing the proposed 2no. rooflights, solar light (rooflight) to rear facing SW roof (not visible from public highway), existing timber lintel above entrance door to Rickford Rise to be replaced with penant stone to match farm house typology.
