Non-material amendment (in relation to East House only) to planning permission ref: PLAN/2017/0735 (Appeal Ref: APP/A3655/W/18/31946800), dated 02.07.2018 (Construction of 2 no. detached houses on site of existing buildings to be demolished) for omission of chimney and adjustment of window positions.

Erection of a rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height by 200mm; installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope; erection of an extension at the first floor level following the removal of the existing conservatory; formation of a rear roof terrace at second floor level on top of the proposed first floor extension with the flat roof surrounded by a 1.7 metre high privacy screen; installation of French doors in the rear elevation at second floor level to provide access to the proposed roof terrace; installation of French doors to the rear elevation at ground floor level and alteration to the existing staircases into the rear garden; and replacement of the front timber sash windows with timber sash windows to match existing.
