Demolition of existing property and erection of new dwelling and associated ancilliary buildings without compliance with conditions 2 and 3 of decision PA14/11869 dated 22.07.2015.

External works including repairs to the west elevation including localised brick replacement and full repointing of the façade with lime mortar, localised masonry repairs and repairs to windows and rainwater goods; repairs to south elevation including localised masonry repairs/replacement, conservation of the entrance door and portico, restoration of stained glass and leadwork and redecoration, localised roof repairs; repairs to the north elevation including replacement of 1no. low-level window, localised masonry repairs, repairs to other existing windows and their surrounding features; replacement of existing kitchen rooflight glazing unit, and; internal works including fireplace replacement (sitting room), removal of gypsum plaster and replacement with lime plaster (kitchen pantry), removal of wall linings and application of hemp insulating lime plaster (back bedroom and study)
