This application relates to the studio building which is set within the curtilage of the grade II listed Scarfields Farmhouse.The proposals involve the formation of a shower room, kitchenette and mezzanine floor area to form a sleeping platform. Externally a conservation rooflight is proposed to the 'blind' side of the roof, new vehicle entrance gates and existing garage doors will be renewed.

Reinstatement of the apartments (4 No. apartments), including installation of new internal finishes, doorways, fittings and the conversion of a sash window into an external doorway

Following the disastrous fire in 2019, these works comprise the fourth phase of the reinstatement of the apartments (1No apartment and associated works to escape routes, a staircase and adjacent rooms), including installation of new ceilings, apartment internal finishes, doorways and fittings.
