Listed Building Consent for installation of a lightning protection system including - stainless steel rod and ESE device to the highest point of the building, two 8mm PVC sheathed conductors to match the colour of the building's stone and associated earth mats to ground the system.

Installation of i) one halo illuminated fascia sign measuring 0.59m high by 2.05m wide at a height above ground of 3.5m, ii) one non illuminated fascia sign measuring 0.1m high by 2.78m wide at a height above ground of 3.6m and iii) one internally illuminated projecting sign measuring 0.55m high by 0.71m wide at a height above ground of 3.5m.

Demolition of barns in poor condition and conversion of 3 agricultural buildings to create eight dwelling houses with associated building operations.

Installation of new a shopfront.

Installation and display of i) one lettering only illuminated fascia sign measuring 0.6m high by 2.84m wide at a height above ground of 2.77m; ii) two internally illuminated projecting signs measuring 0.6m high by 0.6m wide at a height above ground of 3.05m; iii) one non illuminated fascia sign measuring 0.4m high by 1.46m wide at a height above ground of 2.04m and iv) one non illuminated directional / wayfinding sign measuring 0.36m high by 1.46m wide at a height above ground of 1.43m.

Installation and display of: (i) one internally illuminated fascia sign measuring 0.54m high by 1.62m wide at a height above ground of 2.87m; (ii) one internally illuminated hanging sign measuring 1.6m high by 1.6m wide at a height above ground of 0.96m; and (iii) one internally illuminated menu board measuring 0.38m high by 0.94m wide at a height above ground of 1.2m.

Change of use of an existing agricultural building to commercial use (Class E).

Discharge of conditions 3 (tree protection), 4 (landscaping scheme (trees and shrubs only)), 7 (surface water drainage) and 10 (parking & manoeuvring areas retained) on application ref. P22/S4604/FUL (Erection of self build dwellinghouse (to replace the existing lawful mobile home).
