The construction of an additional storey to the building at 144-146 Dartmouth Road, SE26, to provide 2x one-bedroom dwellings and associated balconies, together with extension of the external staircase at the rear, installation of solar panels on the new roof, the removal of existing telecommunications infrastructure, the construction of an outdoor cycle parking area to the rear, the extension of refuse storage areas at the front yard and all associated works.

Change of use from residential dwelling house (Use Class C3) to five-bedroom Large HMO with a maximum capacity of up to 7 persons (Use Class Sui Generis) (Retrospective)
