Internally Illuminated ATM and MFD external Collars

Installation of 4no. external heat recovery units to rear courtyard of bank demise. 2no wall mounted units and 2no floor mounted units. Following removal of 3no existing units at first floor (Retrospective).

External works to a Listed Building to remove ATM and all external signage

Non material minor amendment to approved application 21/01440 (Erection of a substation, cycle and bin stores, plant compound, 2.5m high fencing, replacement footpaths to side and rear, covered external area, external lighting, cctv cameras, vehicular access gate, pedestrian access gate both with video/audio points, creation of 7no. parking spaces, replacement and alterations to windows and doors (existing footpaths, fencing and gate to be removed)) to allow amendments to fencing and first floor cladding

Subdivision to create 2no. retail units including fenestration/shop front alterations

Construction of a single storey front extension and loft conversion,with all associated works at Kingswood, 1 Sydenham Park Road SE26.

Consent to DIsplay - 2no. internally illuminated fascia signs.

Minor works to include removal of fascia signage, branch nameplate, removal of steps to nightsafe and removal of internal ATM's. Nightsafe and letter plate to be retained and disabled internally.

Replacement of 5no existing AC units and the installation of 18no additional roof mounted AC Units within existing dedicated roof plant area.
