Installation and display of i) an internally illuminated fascia lettering and logo measuring 0.41m high by 1.5m wide at a height above ground of 3.3m and ii) a projecting sign measuring 0.5m high by 0.56m wide at a height above ground of 3.12m with internally illuminated lettering.

Retention of existing dwelling as built on site. Dwelling has been built 90 degrees orientation & floor plan has been mirrored from original planning B/2002/0447/F

Detailed drawings (1:5 and 1:10) of the new windows on the front façade, including sectional drawings showing the integral glazing bars pursuant to condition 5 of planning permission dated 2nd September 2025 (RN: 25/06235/FULL).

Non-material change to LA11/2021/1188/F, comprising the installation of a roof-mounted water storage tank, together with the associated pumps, plant and enclosure, to facilitate a traditional residential sprinkler system, in place of the previously proposed water mist fire-suppression system.
