The proposed development summary: - Ground floor extension to rear, 1st floor terrace with relocated balcony on 2nd floor - Ground floor extension to side which replaces existing lean-to extension - Internal reconfiguration - Replacement of bay window to side elevation, reducing in size on the first floor - Ground floor extension relocating balcony to the eastern elevation - Increase in ridge height to accommodate additional floor - Replacement windows, new cladding and roof materials - Installation of solar PV panels, battery storage and air source heat pump

Repainting of the existing metal framing of shopfront to Grey Brown; New entrance doors to match existing painted to Grey Brown; the existing line of the shopfront remains unchanged; Existing vent grilles to redecorated to Grey Brown; Existing step and entrance threshold to be cladded with Carrara marble with inclusion of brass tactile anti slip studs along the front step; Existing high level linear sign light removed; New security camera; and installation of new signage.

Alterations to shopfront including repainting of the existing metal framing of the shopfront and vent grilles, installation of new entrance doors and addition of new security camera.
