Non-material change to LA03/2024/0127/F (Extension to dwelling); Replacement of the central section of glass to the ground floor of the extension's front elevation gable with a solid wall finished in natural stone (to match that used elsewhere to the ground floor extension). Shortening the length of the roof glazing (and connecting vertical window element) to the connecting roof of the extension (positioned over the First Floor Master Bedroom) to both the front and rear elevations. Dropping the internal window opening between the Living Area and Dinning Room down to floor level (removing the window, cill and section of wall below the window opening)

Extension to dwelling (amendments to previous approval LA03/2024/0127/F & LA03/2024/0132/LBC)

Addition of single storey flat roof dining extension to the rear of the property, along with the renovation/modification of the existing flat roof to the adjacent kitchen. The works also include the conversion of part of the attached garage to habitable accommodation, along with a single storey flat roof rear extension to the garage. New external finishes and hard landscaping (patios and deck) are also proposed, including all associated site works.
