Installation of a retractable fabric awning to the rear underneath of balcony.

Repair, maintenance and like-for-like renewal of defective building fabric, together with the removal of later non-original internal elements and renewal of services using existing routes. Externally, works are limited to essential like-for-like repairs to the building envelope, including roof coverings, render, stucco, brickwork, flashings and rainwater goods. No works are proposed which alter the character or appearance of the listed building or its features of special architectural or historic interest. The proposed works are limited to the repair, maintenance and like-for-like renewal of defective building fabric, together with the removal of later non-original elements of no heritage significance and the renewal of services using existing routes. All original features of architectural or historic interest are retained and refurbished. The works do not involve any alteration to the character or appearance of the listed building, nor any change to its plan form, structure or significant historic fabric.
