Non material amendment to planning permission ref no. 24/AP/2072 'Change of use from a bookmaker (Sui Generis) and shop (Class E) to a community centre (Class F.2), replacement of shopfront , part demolition of the single story projection at the rear and provision of outdoor amenity in the form of a terrace garden at the rear' NMA sought: - A rewording of Condition 5 to reflect the correct land ownership. - Amending Condition 5 to be pre occupation in lieu of pre commencement. Condition 5 to be changed to: The development authorised by this permission shall not be occupied until the Local Planning Authority has received written confirmation, approved by the Housing department, that any repair works of the footway have been completed.
