Amendments to elevational treatment to the building in course of construction, in respect of the planning permission dated 7 November 2007 for the construction of a two to four storey, plus mezzanine floor building, incorporating balconies on the site of Phoenix Works, Bird In Hand Passage SE23 to create 2 commercial units (Use Class B1 Business), 9 one bedroom and 1 two bedroom live/work units, 7 one bedroom and 7 two bedroom self contained units, together with landscaping, provision of bin storage, 27 bicycle and 15 car parking spaces with access onto Bird In Hand Passage, the widening of the railway footpath and the provision of a new footpath link to Bird In Hand Passage.
