Non material amendment to planning permission 23/04713/HOU to reduce the width of the single storey extension by 1.1m, which will remove the glass link and internal wc. Re Position the entrance door to suit the above reduction in width. Glazing to moved slightly to centralise to suit the above reductions. Flat roof removed from the single storey extension and an addition of a pitched roof to match with the dwelling
