Submission of details (internal works) pursuant to Condition 4 of Listed Building Consent 24/01041/LBC dated 07.01.2025.

Variation of condition 5 of planning permission dated 23 April 2019 (RN: 19/01385/FULL) for the: Temporary works including: Gated access platform with guarding, over the east light well; external lift on the east side of the church, within the east light well; portacabins over the east light well; raised platform at basement level within the east light well to create a level connection between the temporary lift and the external door on the east side; partial dismantling of the existing railings to the east light well; Partial demolition of the existing low level stone plinth to the east light well; lightings and associated works. NAMELY, to allow additional 3 temporary portacabins on top of the original units and a temporary staircase.

Additional support for the existing external bracket clock on the east wall of the church.

Detailed drawings and method statements of the temporary fixings/connections; dismantling/storage of railings and wall; and temporary lighting scheme pursuant to Condition 2 of planning permission dated 23 April 2019 (RN: 19/01385).

Installation of six wall lightings to north elevation

Installation of photovoltaic panels on the Library Roof and the South Nave Aisle Roof of Ripon Cathedral. The photovoltaic panels on the Library Roof will be secured using a ballasted frame system, mounted at a 10-degree angle to avoid excessive wind loading and minimize ballast requirements. The photovoltaic panels on the South Nave Aisle Roof will be mounted on trisole mounting frames at a 20-degree tilt. The trisoles will be secured to a fixing post system, which will be anchored through the existing modern lead roof covering into the underlying structure.

Installation of two temporary storage containers at St Marylebone Parish Church in the west car park.

Display of non-illuminated vinyls with text and images applied to hoarding measuring 2.1m x 14m and 1.6m x 32m for a temporary period between 01 March 2021 and 31 August 2022.
