LA09/2019/0144/F. Housing development comprising 2 no. detached dwellings and 14. no semi detached (total 16 units). Wish to vary conditions 3, 4 and 11 to enable development to commence before expiration of permission in Nov 26. Conditions 3 and 4 varied to read, 'No development hereby permitted shall be commenced except for 2 no. approved detached dwellings as approved until the works necessary for improvement of public road have been completed etc' The visibility splays etc shall be provided prior to the commencement of any other works or other development except for 2 no. approved detached dwellings etc'. Condition 11 varied to read, 'Prior to occupation of the proposed development all onsite works must be complete in accordance with the drainage details submitted to and approved by relevant authority'.
