Listed Building Consent: Re roof existing slate tile roof to geography block. Slates will be replaced like for like with welsh slate to part and west moorland to other; where possible existing tiles will be reused. Cast iron rain water goods are to be overhauled with like for like.

Proposed subdivision of unit into 2no. separate units. Removal of the louvres to the rear elevation and reinstatement of the external profiled cladding. Removal of flues through the roof and reinstatement of the profiled roof covering and slip trays. Removal of the external air conditioning condenser units and reinstatement and repair of the wall cladding to the elevations. Reinstatement of the original door opening and sectional overhead industrial door at Unit 3. Removal of ramp and reinstatement of front elevation of Unit 4. Amendments to parking layout.
