Application for a Minor Material Amendment (S73a) to vary conditions 2 (Approved Plans) to make a minor revision to the design of the development that will necessitate revised drawings to be approved of planning permission ref: 221519HH dated 15/06/2022 for: Two storey side extension (north); single storey side extension (south); alteration to roof profile, raising of the main roof ridge; insertion of two dormer windows to rear roofslope and one dormer window to southern side roofslope; installation of two rooflights to the front roofslope.

Listed Building Consent: Demolition of building

Excavation of a single storey basement beneath the front garden square to provide additional hotel floorspace. A new platform lift to facilitate ground floor level access. Installation of mechanical plant at roof level, provision of ground to basement level fire escapes and associated landscaping works; Namely, to omit reference to the 'excavation of a single storey basement beneath the front garden square to provide additional hotel floorspace' from the description of development and omission of the approved basement from the approved drawings.

Detailed completed Appendix A checklist from the Code of Construction Practice, signed by the applicant and approved by the Council's Environmental Sciences Team pursuant to condition 3 of planning permission dated 16th January 2024 (RN:22/04691).

Installation of new wheelchair platform lift from ground floor external level to (upper) ground floor internal level to provide step-free access into the hotel.
