Retrospective amendments to previously approved scheme S16/2346 (Demolition of outbuildings and existing two storey building and erection of 6 no. two bedroom flats with associated parking and access to the rear)

Demolition of existing garage and single storey rear element. Construction of two storey side extension with glazed link at first floor. Construction of single storey rear extension to include green roof, extended ground floor patio. Construction of basement level and sunken patio. Removal of existing gable end rear dormer and construction of two pitched-roof gable end roof extensions.

Single-storey rear extension with canopy and outbuildings together with first floor side extension following demolition of existing conservatory, canopy and outbuilding.

Erection of a front porch to the main house, and a single storey extension to existing annexe with link connection to the main house (existing glazed front porch and out buildings to be demolished)

Demolish the existing conservatory and build a new conservatory. The proposed conservatory is extended along the back of the house.

Application for listed building consent for investigation works and repairs including to timber sash windows, external brickwork, roof repairs and potential installation of a helibar
