Waste storage tank and surrounding bund on south elevation

Construction of a small single storey rear extension to form a new study for the property. Also, internal alterations to form a new ground floor toilet room.

Replacement of existing conservatory with a new oak frames garden room, with alterations to fenestration and the decking area replaced and extended with a new patio.

Replace the existing conservatory, on the front (south) elevation of the house, with a new garden room. Replace the existing hung tile cladding from the first floor of the existing two storey rear extension with new metal cladding panels matching those of the new garden room. Form a larger kitchen window on hte front (south) elevation. Adjust the landscaping of hte raised patio area adjacent ot the new garden room.

Non-material amendment sought to alter rear extension roof pitch and window design (original application ref. 19/0692/FUL).
