Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 23/AP/0659 for 'Replacement of existing timber windows with uPVC windows'. The amendments include the following: circular windows to be changed from the permitted uPVC to aluminium due to manufacturing constraints.
