Demolition of existing rear single storey outrigger, the erection of a rear single storey extension and the installation of three roof lights to the existing dwelling roof. (Amended Design)

The roof tile is a 200x100mm slate tile with a black clay ridge. This is for both the main roof and the single storey extension.
