Demolition of existing garage annex and erection of two-storey rear extension.

Replacement of modern plasterboard ceilings at ground and first floor levels with lath and plaster ceilings. Removal andreinstatement of the cornicing to those ceilings.

Listed building consent for the construction of rear and side extension with partial glazed roof, storage shed and study to rear of garden, replacement of timber fence and brick walls, re-glazing a rear sash window with double glazing, replacement of a rear window with sash window to match others, alterations to internal layout and installation of roof lights.
