Approval of details pursuant to condition 11 (As Built SAP Calculations) of planning permission 18/02246/FUL (Erection of a roof extension with glass balustrade to provide 6 additional residential units together with provision of refuse, cycle stores and associated amenity space) granted on 14.05.2019.

Compliance with Condition 16 of Planning Permission 21/02312/FULL - BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE, details of the future management and aftercare of the proposed landscaping and planting shall be submitted for approval in writing by this Planning Authority. Thereafter the management and aftercare of the landscaping and planting shall be carried out in accordance with these approved details.

Compliance with Condition 14 of Planning Permission 21/02312/FULL - BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE, a scheme of landscaping indicating the siting, numbers, species and heights (at time of planting) of all trees, shrubs and hedges to be planted, and the extent and profile of any areas of earthmounding, shall be submitted for approval in writing by this Planning Authority. The scheme as approved shall be implemented within the first planting season following the completion or occupation of the development, whichever is the sooner.

Compliance with condition 1 of approved 21/02312/FULL - NO DEVELOPMENT SHALL COMMENCE ON SITE until the risk of actual or potential land contamination at the site has been investigated and a Preliminary Risk Assessment (Phase I Desk Study) has been submitted by the developer to and approved in writing by the planning authority. Where further investigation is recommended in the Preliminary Risk Assessment, no development shall commence until a suitable Intrusive Investigation (Phase II Investigation Report) has been submitted by the developer to and approved in writing by the planning authority. Where remedial action is recommended in the Phase II Intrusive Investigation Report, no development shall commence until a suitable Remedial Action Statement has been submitted by the developer to and approved in writing by the planning authority. The Remedial Action Statement shall include a timetable for the implementation and completion of the approved remedial measures.
