T1 - Silver Birch - Close proximity and lean towards outbuilding and parking area raising concerns. Interfering with roof. Several branches have landed on cars. Tree has poor form due to previous works. This tree also appears to be showing signs of heave at the base with soil cracks and a cavity of loose soil clearly visible underneath it. This combined with the proximity and root expansion limiting effect of the building leads me to recommend removal of tree to ground level.
