Non-material amendment to condition 5 of planning permission 2012/3324 dated 11th January to read as follows: ‘Detailed drawings / full particulars of the proposed development showing the matters set out below must be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority, in writing, before any work is commenced. Full details in relation to the first occupier of the commercial premises (including, but not limited to, business details, business history, terms of occupancy / ownership, leasing arrangements etc) or if the first occupier is unknown full details of a marketing strategy for the uptake of the retained business (including, but not limited to, details of the minimum general scheme of marketing, details of the maximum rates, tenures and durations to be offered, contributions towards the start-up costs of businesses who lease the space etc). The office space will not be occupied or marketed otherwise than in accordance with the details approved unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.’
