T14 Ash - Remove: Mature acutely unbalanced tree due to close proximity of large sycamore T15. Mature Innnotus hispidus bracket within tree and brackets on ground, 1.9m longitudinal wound to 4.5m with reasonable woundwood, multiple small cavities. Majority of crown appears in reasonable health and other than a large dead limb it in not considered imminently dangerous but it is proposed to preempt its eventual decline and open up airspace for the fine sycamore.T8 Holly - Remove: Small shrubby form growing at 70 degrees to the east presumably due to presence of large off-site trees to west that no longer exist. Poor form with no amenity value and its removal would open up the lawn.T9 Deodar - Remove: Congested, indifferent form, large leader torn out - presumably storm damage with it still hanging in the crown. Coalescing with large Atlantic cedar. Desire to open up lawn and allow for the Atlantic cedar to develop unconstrained. T7 Silver birch - Remove: Early mature specimen less than 3m proximal the large sycamore immediately to the west (not TPO'd). Developing am increasingly etiolated and unbalanced crown. 3m proximal to the front of house future need for regular pruning back from house . T3 Silver birch -Tip back southern side of upper 1/3 of crown by up to 1.5m to remove overhangT5 Yew - Crown-lift southern side of yew by removing 3 south facing laterals up to 3m to open up the intervening space between the house and the yew and tip back south eastern lower crown to the point where it crosses the stem of T3. T10 Atlantic cedar - Crown lift by removing small diameter lateral sto 3.5m
