Removal and replacement with like for like oak sash window. Replacement of stone step internally in the kitchen with matched stone. Repointing of three octagonal chimneys, and brickwork repairs. Installation of coils to prevent water ingress. Redecoration of existing sash windows to be finished to match existing colour.
