Variation of Condition 1 -Approved Plans Condition dated 16/01/2026 for Replacement of two existing refrigeration packs in the stores service yard with one refrigeration pack and a five-fan gas cooler Condition 1- The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 18837-DB3-483-00-DR-A-20011 PROPOSED EXTERNAL REFRIGERATION PLANT PLAN 18837-DB3-483-00-DR-A-20013 PROPOSED EXTERNAL FRIDGE PLANT ELEVATIONS 18837-DB3-483-00-DR-A-90002 PROPOSED SITE PLAN 18837-DB3-483-00-DR-A-90004 PROPOSED SITE LOCATION PLAN Conditions(s) Removal: The location of both the gas cooler and refrigeration pack are swapping locations. The refrigeration pack has been replaced from a reach in pack to a walk in pack resulting in an increase in size of 1160mm overall length. The noise impact remains the same as the housing to the pack has been designed to not increase the dB levels produced. The gas cooler size remains the same. Reason for changing the reach in pack to a house pack is due to ensure this can be maintained safely by Maintenance engineers as all components are covered and protected from the external elements. The reason for the swapping of locations between the gas cooler and the refrigeration pack is due to the required pipe runs which will connect to the pack and then the gas cooler to facilitate installation.
