T1. Poplar - Crown Reduce - Reducing the height and radial spread of the tree by 3-4 metres approximately to the previous pruning points. Ensure a good, natural shape and balance. All of the Mistletoe to be removed also. This work to maintain tree in good condition without it becoming overbearing on the gardens. T2. Yew - Remove section of tree over water by shortening the leaning main stem by around 2 meters to strong upright limb. This work to maintain open space over the moat. T3 Sorbus 'Mitchellii' - Crown Reduce - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metres. Remove crossing/rubbing growth. This work is to maintain the aesthetic value of this tree and reduce it to a size that fits the garden space in which it forms the centrepeice. G4. Limes x 6. - Remove basal growth and lower branches to raise the crowns to around 5 meters over the ground and water for the 3 trees closest to the house. Crown reduce the overall height of the 3 trees closest to Bell lane by around 3 meters and the radial spread by around 2 meters such that these 3 trees continue to form a unified crown. Also remove all of the large basal suckers and clip back the smaller basal growth neatly. This work is to maintain these trees in an attractive condition but with improved light, space and access below and around the trees. G5. Hawthorns - Reduce these trees to an even height of around 4 meters and reduce radial spread by around 1 meter. This work is to maintain these heavily Ivy clad trees as a rough hedge-like feature, mainly for the benefit of wildlife.
