T1: large Monterey cypress at front of property, has storm damage on lower limbs and has recently dropped a large limb causing a split and fracture to one of the stems. I have spoken with my customer about what he potentially would like to happen with the tree, and would like to reduce over extended limbs by 2m to prevent limbs snapping in future, and reduce the top of the compromised stem in to canopy line to eleviate some weight by 2m. (and clear any storm damage/major dead wood throughout the canopy.)
