To ercet a new contemporary 2 storey building within the main church space alongside the repair and restoration of the existing buildings, such works to include:- - insertion of a new single storey link building - Significant heritage repairs to poor condition stonework and masonry - Removal of failed temporary roof to main church building, to be reinstated with new welsh slate roof - Integration of new roof lights, photovoltaic panels and a ventilator/light cannon on the main church roof crossing - Removal of failed existing roofs to sunday school buildings, including the reinstatement of a slate roof, in part. - Remaining spaces to be left open to form landscape areas - New single storey contemporary link building forming the main entrance, reception and further accommodation areas - Insertion of a 2 storey (plus roof garden) building within the nave of the existing church forming the principle accommodation spaces - Creation of new window/door openings beneath the existing window openings on the SE and NW elevations of the church building - Restoration of the rose window within the SW elevation - Delivery of a new high quality landscape to all the external areas within the site, including first floor external terrace to link building and roof garden within the main church space
