Section 73 application for the variation of conditions 2 (approved drawings) and 6 (construction management plan) of Planning Permission ref. P2019/0401/FUL for The conversion of the ground floor car park and two live/work units and the construction of a side extension over an open yard, for office accommodation over ground and mezzanine floors together with cycle and refuse facilities, alterations to the Banner Street facade at ground floor level, the infill of doors at 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor levels of the western elevation, the installation of new plant and associated works approved on 14/10/2019. The application seeks the following alterations: (a) Enlargement of mezzanine floor and associated additional lowering of the ground floor; installation of a rooflight over lightwell to internalise it; reconfiguration of an existing office unit to include access off the new office entrance. (b) Revisions to the design of the Banner Street elevation at ground floor and side and rear elevations. (c) Revisions to the layout of the approved bike and refuse store. (d) Internal enlargement and reconfiguration of the residential entrance to include a disabled lift. (e) Enlargement and chamfering of approved plant enclosure at ground floor roof level, including the addition of an acoustic enclosure.
