Variation of condition 1 (Development to be in accordance with the approved plans) of planning permission reference 2009/1237 dated 02/06/2009 for clearance of site for mixed use redevelopment for 162 sqm D1 (creche) and 30 residential units (10 x 1 bed, 8 x 2 bed, 9 x 3 bed and 3 x 4 bed) arranged in 4 buildings (one part 4- part 5- storeys (with basement), one of 4 storey (including basement) one of 3 storeys, and one of 2 storeys) arranged around a central courtyard plus ancillary cycle parking, landscaping and two car parking spaces and for the following changes: - Positioning and proportions of windows to front elevation; - Zinc cladding to be vertically hung to the upper floor and not horizontally hung; - Alteration to the ground floor front facade including positioning forward of floors above and installation of an 'I' channel between ground and first floor; - Increase in the size of the sub-station and reduction in the size of the creche; - Alteration to the ground floor front elevation including appearance and materials of the sub-station door and alterations to the proportions of the creche doors and windows, and; - reduction in the length of the glass- balustrade to the front to sub-station and creche.
